Executive and Small Group Coaching
JP Enterprises coaching is an inquiry-based approach to professional development. Our goal is to increase DEI awareness, accelerate learning and enhance inclusive leadership. Generally, three months or more in length coaches will ask engaging and challenging questions and monitor progress in alignment with mutually agreed upon KPI’s.
Participants should expect robust discussions, homework and feedback all designed to increase confidence and comfort around the tough issues faced in a growing leadership role.
The No Nonsense Experience
Leaders and team members must be able to discuss the tough and sticky DEI issues with both comfort and confidence. The No Nonsense Experience is a place to begin and continue the hard work of building the muscles necessary to do so. The design of the NNE is flexible and allows for full day or half day sessions generally a better fit for senior leaders. Multiple two or one hour sessions that occur weekly are often a better fit for Directors, Managers and those in the middle of the organizations. We also provide an online solution – Micro NNE – for Frontline team members who are less likely to be able to carve out an hour to be away from the work of the day.
Outcomes: Increase your comfort and confidence in leading and participating in DEI conversations.
Make the connections between DEI and the work being done.
It seems with each passing day there is a new DEI related topic that requires conversation between leaders and team members. How prepared are you and your team to have these critical conversations?
The No Nonsense Experience can help.
From Roe v Wade to Gender Identity to Race and Political issues there is no shortage of topics that impact the work you do. The inability to enter the conversation and drive towards policy implications can preclude organizations from being productive.
The No Nonsense Experience can help.

Workshops
Train the Trainer
When an organization has a team of internal trainers responsible for developing, designing and executing the professional development activities, our Train the Trainer option is often a good fit. We work with the team to produce a viable curriculum that will work as a solution. We then team with the internal trainers to refine delivery and execution of the curriculum itself.
In other circumstances organizations will lease JPE materials and want their internal trainers to execute a JPE specific product (i.e. No-Nonsense Experience (NNE), NNE Book Club, Poverty Simulator) in this case we partner with the internal trainers as co-facilitators. This allows the trainers to see and execute the work in real time and get the benefit of the most meaningful feedback.
Poverty Simulator
In partnership with our colleagues at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, we will introduce and refine various ideas, actions and behaviors connected to living in poverty. The simulator is designed to take you and your ‘family’ through a month of poverty. Subsequently, in the debrief we will discuss the nature of the experience and draw connections to the work you are doing to better serve your colleagues, clients, guests and members.
