According to Gallup, 1 in 5 employees worldwide feel lonely*. That’s 20% of our workforce. Studies have also proven that a connected workforce produces at a much higher level when they are deeply connected. When they are, they can be more innovative, more creative, they produce more and yes, they are more profitable. Deep connections between leaders and teams help organizations win. The evidence for this is clear.

Enter the Connection Quotient (CQ)

Your ability to connect as a leader and team member is your Connection Quotient. Building muscle around your CQ enhances your opportunity to deeply connect with your team…and win.

It’s time to hit the gym.

The Connection Quotient Assessment was developed by Dr. James Pogue for those who desire greater connection at work and home. This short assessment measures your ability to connect with people by asking questions about your connection preferences in different circumstances. The personalized report results will give you insights into who you are and how you can connect better and more effectively.

Your results will give you a score between 1 and 5 in 9 different areas of common differences between you and others (age, religion, race, sexuality, socioeconomics, politics etc..). Each score indicates your outlook on each area.

Some examples of each include:
